General Membership

If your business is located on Citrus Ave between Badillo Street and San Bernardino Road, your CDMA membership fee is included with your Covina Business License renewal. If you have any questions, please contact us to make sure your CDMA membership has been properly received.

 

Associate Membership
If your business is located in the city of Covina, California, you are eligible to become an Associate Member of the CDMA! Fill out the form below and complete your payment. Upon approval, your business listing will be added to our directory.

*Please note, membership payments processed after November 30th will automatically include the following year's membership fee. For instance, if you sign up and pay on December 3rd, 2020 you will be billed for 2020 and 2021 (the following year) at the same time.
